In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented group of Enterprise Account Executives and play a critical role in both expanding our footprint with existing clients and cultivating new relationships. A successful candidate will have a recognized history of success in new business sales and account management within the Global 2000, with a focus on Capital Markets and the Financial Services Industry. You will be responsible for guiding the sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets, while also playing a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top-notch sales talent. Ideal candidates will possess at least 7 years of leadership experience in enterprise software sales, a strong C-level sales background, and the capacity to inspire and empower teams to reach ambitious goals.

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree, particularly those with an MBA. A deep understanding of business requirements and revenue potential within enterprise accounts, alongside experience in territory management and strategic planning, will set you apart. This role demands a proven leader with a history of surpassing sales objectives, expertise in selling enterprise software solutions, and the capability to navigate complex sales processes. You will need to excel at articulating business value and have comprehensive knowledge of SaaS/cloud solutions across multiple business sectors.
