As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in Digital Imaging, you will help create exceptional shopping experiences for customers seeking cameras, drones, and related accessories. Your role involves providing comprehensive service and solutions to customers while meeting revenue, margin, and operational targets. Once your training is completed, you will collaborate with fellow team members to demonstrate, promote, and sell our products and services. What You'll Do: Meet team and individual sales goals while ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience. Utilize extensive product knowledge and expertise gained from ongoing training and certifications to enhance customer interactions. Engage in our learning culture to continuously refine your skills and acquire new knowledge. Keep your assigned department well-merchandised and prepared to assist customers. Provide valuable feedback on products and customer interactions to vendor partners, representatives, and market teams. Support colleagues by coaching and training them on the latest vendor technology and services. Basic Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
