Microsoft is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer with deep expertise in Security Engineering professions and a proven track record of building effective sourcing strategies for roles such as penetration testers, Security Researchers, Security Assurance specialists, and related positions. This individual will source for both individual contributor and leadership positions, partnering directly with MS Security, Microsoft AI and Security Engineering leaders across Microsoft to define profiles, evaluate talent, and build pipelines that support Microsofts Security mission. Youll be working with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire the very brightest minds in the industry to help us build infrastructure for the largest security company in the world. Your stakeholder management skills, superior candidate engagement skills and passion for recruiting will ensure your success in our rapidly evolving business. This is a role for a sourcer who treats Security as both craft and strategy, and can spot technical signal, tell stories to talent, and help shape teams that build the next generation of secure, AI-powered solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA, with an expectation of being in-office at least 3 days per week.
