Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customers according to procedures Promotes credit and loyalty programs Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For
