As an Executive Assistant, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including managing complex calendars, tracking critical deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, and organizing team events such as town hall meetings and employee engagement activities. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a supportive and dynamic EA community while acting as an extension of our leadership team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will take initiative, complete tasks efficiently, and proactively address challenges even in ambiguous situations. You will become familiar with our organizational structures and the specific objectives of the teams you support, forming strong internal networks. Your superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills will help you meet tight deadlines and manage multiple requests with flexibility, humor, and grace under pressure. Key Responsibilities Expertly manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all calendar information and executive activities. Demonstrate agility in reprioritizing tasks based on shifting business needs. Create detailed and efficient domestic and international travel itineraries that enhance productivity. Serve as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders. Conceptualize and execute a variety of team events, from social gatherings to large-scale meetings. Monitor and drive the completion of key deliverables with a strong focus on deadlines. Prioritize tasks with strategic insight, balancing urgency and importance. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience providing senior-level leadership support. Experience managing executive-level calendars. Proven ability in coordinating domestic and international travel. Experience working with large, global teams. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience providing senior-level leadership support. Background in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
