Overview
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a detail-orientedPanels Coordinatorto support the maintenance and management of the AAA-ICDR Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators. In this highly collaborative, service-focused role, youll serve as a key contact for panelists and internal departments, handle panelist inquiries, manage communication systems, and assist with application processing and system updates. The role also supports panelist training logistics and departmental reporting and documentation functions. This part-time position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service and effective information flow across the organization.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Compensation
Dallas, TX:$23,743.20 $25,136.80 (prorated based on 20 hours per week)
This position is not eligiblefor performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 35 years of relevant experience in client service, legal, or corporate settings. Skills & Abilities:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and web-based case management systems.
Ability to read and interpret business and technical documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving, collaboration, and results orientation.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Adaptability and judgment in navigating complex service interactions and system updates.
