As our Senior Marketing Manager, Engagement, you'll champion the new machine owner journeyfrom first Cricut project cut to sustained machine use, using data to drive your approach. You'll define and execute onboarding and activation programs across email, push, in app, SMS, and paid social channels. Your mission: accelerate initial machine adoption and maximize project output in the first 30 days to cultivate lasting user engagement. Your Impact Lifecycle strategy & roadmap: Define tactics for each stagewelcome, first project, habit formation, feature expansion, and win back. Data leadership: Own onboarding KPIs, cohort analysis, and full-funnel measurement. Channel execution: Lead creation and optimization of multichannel cadences, in collaboration with product, creative, and digital teams. Experimentation & optimization: Design A/B tests to improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and copy. Cross-functional partnerships: Collaborate with Product, Data, User Research, Creative, and Engineering to deliver on campaign goals. Industry insights: Benchmark against lifecycle best practices in SaaS, ecommerce, and consumer tech. Qualifications
Lifecycle marketing leadership: 3+ years in omni-channel lifecycle or CRM marketing, with measurable impact on activation, retention, adoptionor win back. Strategic planner: Experience building holistic user journeys using marketing platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Familiarity with orchestration and personalization. Data storyteller: Proficient in analytics (cohort, funnel, attribution). Comfort with A/B testing frameworks, conversion optimization, and performance dashboards (DOMO, Tableau, or similar). User centric execution: Transforms user needs into compelling, empathetic messaging and customer journeys. Ability to segment and tailor to personas and usage patterns. Cross-functional leader: Collaborates effectively with Product, UX, Creative, Engineering, and Research to transform journeys into scalable marketing programs. Creative yet rigorous: Skilled in both strategy and hands on executionadjusting flows based on test outcomes. Growth mindset: Comfortable in ambiguity, thrives in experimentation, and iterates continuouslyideally from early stage to enterprise lifecycle. Project leadership: Expert at scoping multi-channel campaigns, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's in Marketing or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
