About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer on one of our Spend Management teams, you will be a part of a product team that is building a brand new product from the ground up. Youll be working cross functionally with our product and design functions and building full stack applications. As a senior engineer, you will be expected to take on large areas of ownership and provide technical leadership and mentorship for the rest of the team. What you will d o Develop high quality software with attention to detail Work on complex engineering problems Have clear ownership over your projects Lay the groundwork for an entirely new product Become an expert on one of the newest high-impact products at Rippling Provide technical leadership and mentorship for the team What You Will Need Strong product intuition: you care about design and user experience and are quick to identify how these could be improved Ownership: no problem is someone elses, you challenge the status quo and fix problems when you see it, even if it is not your own Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in unstructured environments and enjoy identifying big problems in addition to solving them. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
