About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a Global Vice President of Rewards Strategy to lead the vision, design, and implementation of our global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This key executive position is essential in aligning total rewards with business growth, talent strategy, and performance across all regions.
In this role, you will take the initiative to develop a comprehensive global total rewards strategy, manage executive compensation recommendations, and oversee the innovative design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages. Collaborating with the Board's Compensation Committee and executive team, you will ensure that our programs are competitive, compliant, and reflective of our cultural values.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 18 years’ experience in total rewards, particularly in equity programs, executive compensation, and international benefits strategy. A proven track record of effective collaboration with Boards and Compensation Committees within public companies, especially in fast-paced growth environments, is crucial. You should be financially astute, possessing excellent modeling, data analysis, and storytelling skills, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A hands-on, practical approach to developing dynamic rewards programs and the ability to inspire high-performing teams is essential. We seek a strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style, ensuring our total rewards offerings keep pace with industry trends and meet regulatory requirements.
