The Driver/Warehouse Associate delivers merchandise, supports warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management, ensures safety, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

  1. Timely, professional communication and issue resolution.
  2. Handling inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
  3. Building relationships with customers, vendors, and teams.
  4. Safely delivering merchandise, verifying products, and securing loads.
  5. Maintaining valid driver’s license and DOT certification, reporting expirations.
  6. Performing vehicle inspections, ensuring maintenance and cleanliness.
  7. Using GPS and mobile devices, communicating with supervisors.
  8. Supporting warehouse activities like receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
  9. Labeling and documenting inventory accurately.
  10. Maintaining a safe, clean work environment and operating warehouse equipment safely.
  11. Following safety policies, using PPE, and handling hazardous materials properly.
  12. Performing administrative tasks in company systems.
  13. Adapting to additional duties as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of relevant experience, valid driver’s license, DOT certification, and proficiency with office tech.
