Summary

As a warehouse associate, your primary role is to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, documenting shipments, managing inventory, picking, packing, shipping orders, loading/unloading goods, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team members. You may also assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or returns, providing exceptional service to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods and a positive customer experience.
