Construction Estimator

As a Construction Estimator you will:

• Assist in preparing accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes.
• Participate in bid walks, subcontractor outreach, and project handoffs.
• Collaborate closely with senior estimators, project managers, and superintendents.
• Learn our systems and processes with a clear path to becoming a lead estimator.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10 years of experience as a Construction Estimator
• Local to Syracuse, NY
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (or relevant experience)
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn
• A team player who wants to grow into a leadership role
