ROLE
The Construction Foreman will work closely with internal construction team members, subcontractors, and property teams to keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role with a focus on coordinating trades, ensuring work quality, and keeping communication flowing between the field and the office.

Please note: This role requires flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily job site activities and workflow
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely execution of work
  • Support the setup and maintenance of organized, safe, and clean job sites
  • Monitor work for compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols on site
  • Participate in project start-up meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, basic safety reports, and site photos
  • Help track materials deliveries and coordinate with trades to avoid delays
  • Communicate field issues promptly to the Construction Manager
  • Support schedule updates and progress reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with office interiors or renovation projects
  • Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and basic schedules
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
  • OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 ) and knowledge of job site safety requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple sites in metro Atlanta
  • Ability to routinely lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on site
