POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Site Division Laborer is responsible for satisfactory execution of all jobsite assistance including jobsite clean out, demolition, assistance to carpenters and operators, moving materials, excavation and backfill.   Must have OSHA 10 Certificate.             

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

          Must have dependable transportation.

·         Must have own hand tools including normal personal power tools.

·         Must have neat appearance.

·         Must provide cleanup and debris removal on a daily basis at the end of each day.

·         Assists site crew in all operations including excavation, backfill, compaction and grading.

·         Assist carpenters and masons with forming, pouring, placing and finishing concrete.

·         Working knowledge and use of all hand tools and compaction equipment.

·         Clean up of jobsite on a daily basis.

·        Site work basic layout

·        Set and maintain grades while working with an operator for curbs & walks subgrades, paving subgrades, pipe trenches, etc.
