Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Construction Estimator to join our rapidly growing team. The estimator will be responsible for writing reconstruction estimates and collaborating with insurance companies and customers to restore homes in our community. This position offers a competitive salary with uncapped bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with homeowners and business owners to scope projects
• Developing detailed reconstruction estimates
• Working with insurance adjusters and customers to gain approval on scope of work
• Providing customer service and problem resolution
• Coordinating with the construction team to expedite projects
• Following written production procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, with uncapped bonus opportunities. Last year's top bonus was $12,000.

• Proficiency in Xactimate (preferred but not required)
• Leadership skills
