Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and pet care.
• Process payments and manage client records accurately.
• Assist veterinarians and staff with client communication and paperwork.
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area for a positive client experience.
• Promote and educate clients about additional services and products.
• Handle pet check-ins and check-outs with care and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a veterinary or pet care environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a love for animals are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
