The Marketing Manager, Programmatic will be responsible for programmatic advertising across the product portfolio, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for programmatic advertising across Allergan Aesthetics’s portfolio of products. Be a key contributor as part of the Paid Media team, responsible for their own portfolio of campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals. Drive programmatic strategy, execution, and innovation in order to achieve business goals. Provide creative feedback, create and implement pixels / tags, and test new programmatic mediums and partners. Manage administrative tasks associated with campaigns such as managing campaign budgets, insertion orders, and creating PO’s. Qualifications
Required : 6+ years experience building, managing & reporting across various digital media channels (OLV, OTT, Display) and platforms – any combination of The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, and Google Ads. Comfortable creating campaign and trafficking creatives: static display, HTML5 display, VAST and VPAID assets within Campaign Manager 360 (DCM). Understanding of multiple programmatic channels (Display, CTV, OLV, Native, DOOH) and how they synchronize and drive users down the marketing funnel. Continually seeks opportunities to innovate and evolve; proactively finds new ways of working effectively and efficiently. Expert communicator, presentation and material preparation skills required. Superior analytical, organizational and time management skills. Team-oriented; all-for-one and one-for-all mentality. Willingness to travel (20%). Preferred : Company
