Join the Corporate & Securities group to work on public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance for companies across a broad range of industries. Provide corporate, governance, and transactional support for private companies. Collaborate with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level. Assist with client service, professional development, and contributing to a collegial team environment. Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and/or corporate governance. Experience in corporate & securities matters (public and private company work). Compensation & Benefits
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits. Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. Locations
