Executive Assistant – Foundation role at International Community Health Services (ICHS). Base pay range
$32.60/hr - $47.73/hr Employment type
Temporary position for 6 months Job Summary
The Executive Assistant – Foundation will provide administrative and event support to the Foundation Executive Director and staff as needed. This may include but is not limited to annual fundraising campaigns, event coordination, donor acquisition and retention, donor communication, and database management. This position will also provide administrative and event coordination support for capital campaigns. Education
Associate\'s degree or two (2) years of college; may substitute two (2) years of relevant work experience for the required education; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Experience
Two (2) years of experience in fundraising or nonprofit experience. Other Requirements
Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize project deadlines. Knowledgeable in fundraising best practices and donor cultivation/stewardship strategies. Prior experience with Raiser\'s Edge or another CRM is preferred. Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude is a must.
