Overview
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executive leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and optimal efficiency. This position supports the Vice President, Head of Science and Technology Innovation, and the Vice President of Danaher Ventures, and is located onsite in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule all business and project-related meetings, with advance planning. Organize team offsites and coordinate all logistics including agenda planning, meals, and team activities. Prepare documents with high quality in the form of reports, memos, letters, and presentations. Coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) according to travel policy, including flights, hotels, trains, and car service, expense reporting, and related documentation such as visas and country-specific travel requirements. Distribute CDA/NDA templates for execution and catalog complete agreements. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company privacy policies and ethical standards. Prepare new vendor packets for accounts payable using TimberScan. Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline preferred. 5-10 years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a global environment. Polished and professional communication style, both oral and written, with high accuracy in formatting. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; detail-oriented and highly motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment while engaging with a matrixed, large corporation and multiple stakeholders; proactive with the ability to anticipate needs. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering independent and collaborative projects. Ability to learn the team’s objectives and anticipate administrative needs. Collaborative work with other administrative professionals to manage complex projects. Compensation & Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $50.00 - $60.00. This is the range Danaher believes is the possible compensation at the time of posting; pay may be higher or lower and may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Danaher offers comprehensive benefits including health care, paid time off, and 401(k). Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable.
