Delivery Leadership Serve as the primary client?facing technical lead from discovery through go?live and hypercare; guide backlog, scope, estimates, and technical risk mitigation. Establish environments, integration patterns, security, and DevOps pipelines that enable teams to deliver features quickly and safely. Proven architecture experience across Power Platform (model?driven/canvas apps, Power Automate flows, governance/ALM) and Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus/Event Grid). Strong integration track record (OData/REST, webhooks/events, batch/ETL via ADF/Fabric, message?based patterns). Demonstrated ownership of non?functional design (security, performance, resiliency, observability) with measurable SLOs and test strategies. Production experience with ALM (solutions, pipelines, Git, unit/automated UI tests). Strong grasp of security & governance (Entra ID, RBAC, DLP, environment strategy). Excellent client communication (executive ready storytelling, clear tradeoff articulation) and consulting acumen (scope, estimates, risk/issue mgmt). People management experience: team leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and resource planning.
