Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and accelerate a federal mission clients ability to discover and deliver identity and network-based intelligence insights that counter national security threats and malicious actors. As part of our team, you will design, test, and recommend scalable, flexible, and resilient software solutions while integrating with standard cloud platforms. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with experience in modern development practices, data sharing, and analyticscommitted to building impactful solutions for national security. Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr This is a long-term contract position. Hybrid, onsite in DC 2-3 days per week. TS (SCI eligible) clearance is required. C2C candidates will not be considered. Responsibilities
Apply modern software development techniques to solve complex analytical challenges supporting national security missions. Automate manual analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Contribute across the stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end microservices, web services, cloud architectures, and databases. Design, develop, and deploy IT solutions, applications, and databases using hybrid Agile methods in a DevOps environment. Maintain code integrity, organization, and version control (Git). Collaborate with engineers to design and launch new features, including deployment procedures and release planning. Stay current on emerging tools, technologies, and methods to address real-world national security challenges. Basic Qualifications
Active TS (SCI eligible) clearance Strong understanding of cloud architectures and enabling technologies (AWS Cloud, GovCloud/C2S). Experience with AWS services (Amazon Web Managed Services). Advanced back-end development with Java/Spring and Python. Experience with datastores (MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, Elasticsearch). Familiarity with jQuery, ASP/.NET, NoSQL, PL/SQL, LDAP, HTTP, REST/SOAP, RDBMS. Knowledge of CI/CD and configuration management tools (Git/GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven, Ansible, Chef). Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Background in Agile development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with containerization and messaging platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, NiFi). Knowledge of public key infrastructure and digital certificates. Familiarity with automated testing tools (Mocha/Chai, JUnit, NUnit, TestNG). Prior experience in DevOps environments. Seniority level
