Responsibilities
Creating TSA (Target State Architecture) & BOM (Bill Of Material) Experience working in the AWS Solution Take ownership of cloud migration programs from initial kickoff through all stages of cloud migration Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for number of applications moved to the cloud; drive multiple applications simultaneously through various stages of application cloud migration Develop a robust plan (derived from standard steps in Cloud migration factory) and execute on it Responsible for timely delivery; manage accurate and current daily work schedule Conduct kickoff for Application Teams at the beginning of Application Migration and communicate with all stakeholders Organize kickoffs for migrations of applications from on-prem to cloud Follow standardized steps for migration factory Work effectively with team members using strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Qualifications and Experience
Strong understanding of Cloud native architecture principles In-depth experience architecting complex AWS public Cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) Containerization and PaaS approaches and tools (e.g., Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, AWS Stack) Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments Hands-on experience as an AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Hands-on experience in Jira/Confluence Experience architecting both PaaS and IaaS enterprise solutions Ability to work with ambiguity and visualize solutions for emerging concepts Strong client management and communication skills Ability to follow standardized migration steps and operate in a team environment Experience with taking an app team through all stages of cloud migration Experience with cloud migration planning and execution Experience: 8-10 years Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
