Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professionals to deliver utility Field Service Management (FSM) solutions to clients; develop and implement strategic plans for the FSM consulting practice, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives; drive innovation within the FSM domain, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction; understand client needs and business objectives, as well as translate them into actionable FSM strategies and solutions; oversee the development and delivery of proposals, presentations, and project plans to clients Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of FSM engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget; monitor continuously project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide transparent reporting to clients and stakeholders; implement best practices in project management, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes Guide the design and implementation of FSM solutions, leveraging industry best practices and advanced technologies; ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with clients\' business goals and technical requirements Identify new business opportunities within the FSM domain and develop strategies to grow the practice; build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and represent the company at industry events and conferences; collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies Develop and implement standard operating procedures, and best practices for FSM consulting engagements; evaluate continuously and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; manage the financial performance of the FSM consulting practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent experience in construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in major power and utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, or public sector projects Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, operations management, or a related field; Professional Engineer, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma preferred Client coordination, subcontractor management for full life cycle construction projects including planning and work breakdown structures, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, project reporting, and project closeout Experience using various Field Service Management tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships Willingness and ability to travel; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
