As a Deployment Strategist, you will connect user needs, data insights, and product capabilities to help customers unlock value. You’ll dive deep into customer operations, partner with end users and decision-makers, and shape how HappyRobot’s technology is applied to critical challenges. What You’ll Do

Partner with customers to understand workflows, goals, and pain points—often embedding with their teams. Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to scope, prototype, and deliver solutions powered by HappyRobot’s platform. Identify and interpret key datasets that drive customer decision-making and integrate them into robust, scalable pipelines. Design and refine user workflows that solve meaningful problems and scale across teams and functions. Lead training and onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption and lasting impact. Present findings and strategy to stakeholders at all levels—from frontline operators to executives. Drive customer expansion by scoping new use cases and growing our footprint within organizations.
