Overview Datadog is looking for an exceptionally talented and driven professional to lead and expand the Datadog for Startups (DDFS) program. This role is integral to the Corporate Development team, which reports directly to the CEO, and focuses on fostering relationships with high-potential startups and the broader startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate enjoys working with startups and the startup ecosystem, likes to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty, is hungry for more responsibility, and puts the company’s interests first. What You’ll Do:

Play a critical role in growing the Datadog for Startups (DDFS) program.

Collaborate with the broader Corporate Development team to manage high-priority projects and initiatives for DDFS.

Design and execute go-to-market strategies targeting startups, venture capital firms, accelerators, and other ecosystem partners.

Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Enablement teams to deliver an exceptional program experience for startups.

Analyze internal and external data to improve operational efficiency and optimize program outcomes.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic growth initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and organizational success.

Partner with cross-functional teams — including Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering — to identify and execute startup-related expansion opportunities.

Who You Are:

Experience in the startup ecosystem, ideally with a similar startup program, as a VC, founder, or startup employee

Fearless and creative in sourcing high-potential startups

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and takes initiative to drive results

Excellent at building and maintaining a network of relationships to facilitate deal flow

Strong written communication and critical-thinking skills

Analytical and data-driven, capable of using insights to inform decisions and improve processes

Adept at prioritizing projects and managing competing demands with limited resources

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
