Lead the sourcing of integrated circuits and other sub-components for server platforms to meet growing infrastructure needs. Develop and implement cable and connector sourcing strategies for AWS hardware infrastructure. Understand interconnect industry and technology trends; identify key trends and drive supplier product roadmaps. Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop negotiation strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable supplier relationships. Provide weekly core-team updates, deliver executive updates monthly, and manage vendor escalations related to the category. Present to senior leadership via written narratives. About the Team

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience 5+ years of professional or military experience Bachelor's degree Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience in Electronics Sourcing or Procurement Experience with managing or developing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Preferred Qualifications
