US Creative Works is a team that helps drive partnerships and YouTube commitments with the Top 200-250 clients using Creative. This role provides investigative support for the US Creative Works team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for data analysis, data service, and dashboard creation that informs our approach and strategy. You will help ensure we drive the most business impact by supporting our tools, prioritizing team efforts, and helping the larger team understand industry and client opportunities around creative externally. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives and delivering results that impact major global businesses. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Analyze data to help inform sales strategy for large, complex, cross-functional Google partnerships. Provide ongoing analytic support to the Creative Works team and leadership including business reporting and historical data pulls to maximize video agreement business. Liaise between Sales, gTech and Operations to ensure our analysis is coordinated and compliant. Create ad hoc presentations and spreadsheet analyses to educate and drive action with internal/external stakeholders and support sales objectives. Develop new ways of leveraging Google and media data to identify creative opportunities. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in sales strategy/finance, digital ad operations, advertising sales, business development or consulting. Experience with spreadsheet and SQL analysis. Preferred qualifications
Experience working with agreements at a traditional or online media company. Experience in marketing/creative/production; or with the creative process. Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users with quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing solutions for multiple audiences. Experience using AI to uncover data insights. Experience using data visualization tools and spreadsheets to present and manipulate data for various audiences. Ability to multi-task, manage projects and work cross-functionally.
