POSITION SUMMARY: The position collaborates closely with internal business lines and external vendors and origination partners to ensure optimal procurement outcomes, cost efficiency, service quality and successful onboarding experience for our partners. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and its vendor/clients ecosystem, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and client experience. Additional responsibilities include invoice reconciliation and processing, maintaining and automating expense processes, and managing small-scale operational projects relating to onboarding national programs and key partners. Key Responsibilities

Manage vendors’ contractual obligations and ensure suppliers meet key performance indicators to support performance and contract reviews. Conduct regular risk assessments and business reviews, assist with vendor selection and onboarding. Be the point of contact to manage third-party delivery issues and maintain and share knowledge of contractual obligations. Reconcile and process vendor invoices and research and resolve expense issues. Collaborate with internal business lines to create and maintain contracts process maps and improve processes. Partner with Senior Management and Relationship Managers to evaluate and automate key performance indicators, expense management reports and processes. Prioritize and manage vendor related business initiatives, including operational readiness. Manage project scope, cost, risk, quality, people and timelines for assigned projects. Partner with business development team, compliance and technology teams to onboard new origination partners. Ensure all partner required onboarding partner information is collected and run through compliance checks and on-boarded successfully on origination platform. Maintain all partner documentation in organized manner so it can be easily shared with bank partner or any regulatory bodies. Qualifications / Skills / Experiences

BA/BS degree, preferably in a business, analytical, or technical discipline. 5+ years operations/finance/vendor and/or project management experience, preferably in Financial Services. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Projects skills. Experience with identifying process and operational gaps and developing mitigating controls and action plans. Strong organizational, problem-solving and issue resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, processes and projects. Collaborative team player, able to communicate clearly and interact with different levels of the organization. Able to provide high level of attention to detail. A self-starter who can initiate and drive tasks to completion and with strong ability to determine proper priorities. Ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems.
