$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Role: Sr Product Manager, Loyalty Program Duration: Long term contract Responsibilities

5 years of product management in a retail technology organization Strong understanding of modern retail technology stack, including: Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems:

Knowledge of how loyalty programs integrate with and function at the point of sale, both in-store and online. eCommerce Platforms:

Experience with major eCommerce platforms (e.g.,

Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento ) and how loyalty features are built and maintained within them. Inventory and Order Management Systems (OMS):

Understanding how customer rewards and loyalty tiers are affected by inventory levels and order fulfillment. In-Store Technology:

Familiarity with mobile apps, digital kiosks, and other technologies that enhance the in-store customer journey and loyalty experience. CRM & Loyalty Platforms:

Expertise in CRM software; ability to segment customers, track behavior, and manage loyalty programs. Analytics:

Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics software to analyze large datasets, including customer purchase history and engagement metrics. Financial Modeling:

Experience creating financial projections, assessing ROI, and managing budgets. API Integrations:

Understanding of APIs connecting POS, eCommerce, and loyalty systems to support omnichannel experiences. Experience in ecommerce domain, supporting customer loyalty programs Able to think strategically to develop a long-term vision and roadmap for the loyalty program aligned with business goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate product strategies to stakeholders (senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales) Seniority level
