Through continued expansion, we are looking for a Consulting Director to join and support the growth of our Digital & AI team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead cutting-edge AI engagements. You will define strategy, deliver complex AI programs, and contribute to the growth of our AI consulting footprint. As a key member of our team, you will help shape and drive a range of technology-focused initiatives across all our US industry market sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources and Telecom & Media). Our practice focuses on partnering with our clients to solve their most complex data and AI challenges. We leverage deep expertise across all facets of technology driven transformation encompassing digital innovation, data analytics, AI capabilities and technology platforms to design solutions tailored to each clients needs. What You Will Be Doing
As part of the Digital & AI team, youll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape AI strategies, define delivery roadmaps, and oversee the implementation of scalable, production-grade AI systems. You will help us to build our US practice by working side-by-side with our senior leadership Partners to develop client relationships and business development opportunities. You will be responsible for aligning AI solutions with our client's business goals, developing technically robust solutions, and maintaining ethical integrity. You will also lead AI visioning sessions, facilitate strategy workshops and oversee design and architecture documents, managing downstream effects. You will support the development of internal capabilities and provide mentorship to junior staff in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Typical Engagements Include Driving stakeholder engagement: Building consensus among technical and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and value creation. Facilitating AI visioning and strategy workshops: Providing a framework of an ideal future state and the tools to realize it. Leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects: Managing all phases from discovery and design to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Translating business requirements: Converting complex needs into practical solutions aligned with strategy, policies, and standards; may assist clients in establishing AI policies and standards. Advising on AI operating models and governance: Guiding clients to establish AI operating frameworks, governance models, and responsible AI practices. Scaling AI capabilities: Supporting AI scalability through MLOps, cloud modernization, and data readiness; transitions from on-premises to cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Leading in business development: Developing client relationships and engagement opportunities. Growth contribution: Contributing to the ongoing evolution of Baringas growth strategy.
Your Skills And Experience
Our Director role requires 10+ years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with a strong background in Data & AI initiatives. Qualifications

Below are some of the key skills and qualifications we are seeking: Strategic Innovation: Developing tailored and innovative transformation strategies through AI, with the ability to lead end-to-end AI/ML delivery. Identifying and Enabling AI Use Cases: Proactively identifying AI opportunities and crafting robust business cases for AI adoption. Client Advisory and Upskilling: Advising on AI/ML operating models, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices; fostering client capabilities. Business-to-AI Translation: Translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions while maintaining alignment with policies and standards. Leadership in AI Delivery Planning: Converting business objectives into AI/ML delivery plans and leading cross-functional teams. AI tools, vendors and solutions: Understanding the AI tools landscape and ability to build/deploy solutions using commercial off-the-shelf solutions. Scaling AI/ML Capabilities: Supporting scaling through MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and data readiness; cloud transitions (AWS, Azure, GCP). End-to-End AI Systems Delivery: Overseeing all stages of AI/ML project delivery with technical rigor and business impact. Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Driving effective engagement to ensure alignment between delivery and business value.
