Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, websites, digital banners, and online banking platforms. Use graphic design and layout software (Adobe, Canva) to create marketing materials such as flyers, email headers, newsletters, digital ads, and other collateral, or collaborate with designers as needed, following brand guidelines. Assist in producing print and collateral materials, including brochures, in-branch signage, direct mail pieces, and other print production needs. Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style across all member communications; edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and quality standards. Build and maintain a library of marketing assets, including copy, testimonials, images, and creative files, ensuring they are organized and accessible. Manage incoming marketing requests, maintain project calendars, and support campaign timelines, including administrative duties such as scheduling and documentation. Coordinate storefront operations, inventory management, promotional items, and vendor relationships. Support the execution of the monthly social media calendar by creating, scheduling, and securing approvals for content. Education / Experience
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Strong writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Understanding of brand identity and visual design principles. Experience with digital platforms (email platforms, CMS, online banking ad systems) is a plus. Experience with print production and collateral development. Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in credit unions, banking, or financial services preferred. Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello). Employment Details
