Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic maintenance planning for a team of multi-skilled technicians across three shifts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and uptime. Prioritize and execute work orders by defining required materials, coordinating internal skilled trades, and managing external vendor partnerships. Lead and evolve the preventive maintenance program, collaborating with OEMs and equipment vendors to align on rebuild schedules and lifecycle management. Streamline repair and overhaul processes by assembling comprehensive parts kits, managing maintenance backlog, and orchestrating planned shutdowns with precision. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring meticulous documentation and data integrity within the
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) . Champion CMMS adoption and training, empowering cross-functional teams and supporting
continuous improvement (CI)
and
Lean initiatives . Ensure compliance with food safety standards, maintaining accurate calibration records and documentation aligned with regulatory and audit requirements. Provide hands-on field support, including work in elevated areas, confined spaces, and variable temperature environments, demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational excellence. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or equivalent technical discipline. 3+ years of experience
in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or asset management within a high-compliance manufacturing environment. Proven ability to
collaborate cross-functionally
with operations, engineering, and quality teams, driving alignment and execution. Industry experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Working knowledge of
EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability)
standards and experience in unionized settings. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite , CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, eMaint), and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable working in challenging field conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and temperature extremes. Why This Opportunity Stands Out
