Responsibilities As Branch Manager, you will have P&L responsibility, allowing you to showcase your

sales development, strategic planning, administrative

and

project management

skills, as well as your

coaching and mentoring

abilities. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead the Inside and Outside Sales team. If you enjoy serving industrial B2B customers through operational duties, salesmanship, and team motivation, this could be your ideal career move!

You will spend much of your time in the field, developing customer relationships and coaching Account Managers. Our diverse customer base includes agriculture, food, aggregate, mining, manufacturing, schools, hospitals, government, and more.

Manage overall service center activities including profitability & growth, inside & outside sales & service, product promotions, and warehouse functions. Service Center P&L responsibility covers both top and bottom line.

Hire, train, & develop strong team members. Promote leadership skills.

Lead training for sales expertise & product knowledge. Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement sales strategies, manage accounts and territories, and achieve sales goals and margins.

Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, and opportunities.

Recommend and execute actions to maximize sales, increase margins, and expand market share.

Manage personal accounts as needed.

Create a positive, dynamic, and engaging work environment by leading by example.

Requirements

3+ years of proven B2B outside industrial sales experience, calling on front office & plant personnel.

Leadership experience and team building skills. Industrial sales or sales management experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent English grammar.

Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.

Problem-solving, multi-tasking, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude.

Solid computer skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Bearings and/or power transmission sales experience is a plus.
