Lead and execute advanced CFD simulations to optimize design and solve complex engineering challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate across energy systems, conversion, and sustainable technologies Provide deep technical guidance in CFD, contributing to key project milestones Drive ongoing research and stay current with emerging CFD trends and technologies | 03 | Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field focused on energy or thermal systems Minimum 5 years of experience in CFD simulations with a strong track record Proficiency in tools like ANSYS Fluent, CFX, or Siemens Star CCM+ Experience with LES or hybrid RANS-LES, transient thermal physics, and porous material flows Familiarity with Java, C++, or Visual Studio for user subroutine development is a plus Solid foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present technical concepts | 04 | Why Join Phasic Energy
