Creative Marketing Manager – Long Island Based Wholesaler

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Our Client, a global fashion brand, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the fashion/apparel industry, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to inspire teams and external partners to produce compelling creative work that connects with diverse consumer segments.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the creative direction of the brand, ensuring consistency of voice, visuals, and storytelling across all touchpoints (digital, social, ecommerce, print, PR, trade shows).
Partner with design, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure marketing reflects product vision and seasonal launches.
Provide creative leadership for campaign concepts, photoshoots, lookbooks, videos, and brand imagery, ensuring alignment with cultural trends and consumer expectations.
Inspire and oversee internal teams and external creative partners (agencies, stylists, photographers, influencers) to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
Shape the long-term brand narrative and positioning strategy by analyzing fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
Own the brand marketing calendar, ensuring cohesive and impactful storytelling across seasonal collections, collaborations, and product drops.
Serve as the brand’s creative ambassador, ensuring our aesthetic and messaging resonates across wholesale partners, media, and e-commerce platforms.
Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance on creative execution while empowering specialists in digital, PR, and content to deliver excellence.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align creative direction with broader business strategy and growth goals.
Oversee and manage creative teams and external partners providing marketing and media.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven ability to define and lead brand creative direction, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Deep understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and consumer culture.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and creative partners.
Experience guiding creative for multi-channel fashion brands (DTC, wholesale, retail).
