We’re putting together a talented team to build the #1 training platform for runners. We help everyday runners become outstanding by providing an app with world-class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you’re improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. We’re growing rapidly and recently joined Strava, accelerating our journey. This role focuses on building and managing Runna’s ambassador program in the United States. Base pay range
$68,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr What You’ll Be Doing
Source new US Ambassadors (40%): Work with the US Ambassador Lead to identify ambassadors who will train with Runna and showcase the value of the app. Lead initial conversations, build compelling commercial proposals and demonstrate the value of partnering with Runna. Own the relationships (50%): End-to-end management of ambassador relationships, including payments, content plans, renewals, and creating opportunities to engage with the brand (e.g., race trips). This involves both remote and in-person activities. Support US race trips and event activations (10%): Help host activations for ambassadors and Runna customers, including race trips, major race weekend activations, run clubs and community events. Grow conversions from US Ambassadors by signing aligned ambassadors who inspire their audiences to train with Runna. Maintain CAC targets through compelling commercial deals. Build strong, empathetic, long-term relationships with US Ambassadors. Drive high-quality content from US Ambassadors that represents the Runna brand. Requirements
What You’ll Bring To The Team: About you: 2+ years experience managing creator relationships or transferable commercial experience (partnerships/sales); bonus points if you’ve worked in the fitness industry. Proven ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with creators, talent agencies and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to build compelling commercial proposals and drive negotiations. Proficient with spreadsheets and ROI analysis for content partnerships. Proven experience building content briefs for creators and ability to drive high-quality content. Hands-on doer with a proactive attitude; able to roll up your sleeves and execute quickly. Organized, efficient and able to execute at pace with multiple priorities. Fast learner, open to feedback and continuously looking to improve. Fun, personable and loves running. Boston-based (or able to work in person 2+ days per week). Benefits
We offer a salary of $68,000-$80,000 per year, plus participation in Strava’s long-term incentive programs. We continually evolve benefits to support you in the USA.
