experience for Marketing-focused work. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics developers, analysts, and QA engineers. Define clear goals, expectations, and professional development plans for team members. Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Technical Strategy & Architecture
Oversee solution architecture and technical design within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs. Manage vendor relationships, platform governance, and environment setup. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, product stakeholders, and DevOps teams. Delivery & Execution
Provide hands-on technical leadership during all phases of the development lifecycle. Guide technical feasibility assessments and solution design for Dynamics-related initiatives. Ensure quality, consistency, and performance of delivered solutions. Act as an escalation point for high-impact technical issues. Operational Oversight
Support resource planning, estimation, and budget alignment activities. Track key metrics related to platform health, delivery performance, and team productivity. Champion process improvements, technical debt reduction, and investment in engineering tools. Promote a collaborative engineering culture built on transparency, ownership, and innovation. Encourage internal learning and productivity enhancements (e.g., AI-based development tools). Engage regularly with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive results. Qualifications
Required: 7+ years in enterprise application development, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. 3+ years of hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 , with expertise in: Operations & Service
or
Marketing
module. Candidates with
Sales/Pricing
experience may be considered for Marketing roles. Strong experience with: Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, backlog management, and release workflows. SQL Server for queries, data integration, and performance tuning. Demonstrated success implementing and managing large-scale Dynamics 365 environments. In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, integration patterns, and Dynamics data models. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors. Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect (or equivalent). Prior experience implementing multiple Dynamics modules, particularly
Service, Operations, or Marketing . Experience standing up new Dynamics environments and establishing platform governance models. Ideal Candidate Attributes
