As a Director, Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you will be a strategic partner to senior retail executives, shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transformative digital products and services. You’ll combine deep retail industry knowledge with expertise in AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies to unlock new value streams, accelerate growth, and future-proof client businesses. Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience, you will influence C-suite decisions, guide major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes at speed. Responsibilities
Engage with C-suite executives in retail or consumer packaged goods to influence strategic direction and drive measurable business growth. Design and deliver AI / GenAI-enabled products that create tangible value, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency. Lead digital transformation initiatives from ideation to launch, coordinating engineering, data, and AI capabilities. Apply deep understanding of retail market dynamics, consumer behavior, and technology trends to shape product strategy. Define ROI, KPIs, and business cases to secure executive buy-in. Guide diverse, cross-functional teams as a servant leader focused on economic and customer value. Lead change, drive adoption, and embed customer-centric, data-driven decision-making across organizations. Qualifications
Proven success engaging with C-suite executives in retail or CPG, influencing strategy and driving growth. Experience designing and delivering AI / GenAI-enabled products with measurable value. Track record leading digital transformation from ideation to launch with engineering, data, and AI capabilities. Deep understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and tech trends shaping the industry. Strong financial acumen with ability to define ROI, KPIs, and business cases. Ability to guide diverse, cross-functional teams as a servant leader. Experience leading change and embedding data-driven decision-making. Additional Information
