The INF & TCS sub-division plays a key role in planning and delivering the following topics: Venue Design, Overlay, Power & HVAC, Lighting, Audio, Video, Water & Sewage, Containment, Health & Safety, Cleaning & Waste, Permitting, Setup and Dismantling Scheduling, Labour management, Heavy machinery and monitoring of Stadium construction, renovations and temporary installations. The Position — Responsibilities

Act as the main representative and primary contact to the INF & TCS Sub-Division for the assigned Stadium, with emphasis on stakeholder management and effective communication. Serve as the primary contract for INF & TCS topics to the Stadium, INF & TCS Central Teams, FIFA Venue Operations Director, Venue Technology Manager, Venue Logistics Manager and other FIFA Functional Area Venue leads. On-site management of the INF & TCS team including Stadium staff and multiple service providers from FIFA and the Stadium. Deliver INF & TCS technical requirements and maintain clear communication with stadiums and INF & TCS Central Teams to meet FIFA delivery timelines; monitor construction/renovation schedules. Ensure all Facility Areas (FAs) requirements are delivered according to Venue Designs, Matrix of Requirements, Bill of Quantities and Setup/Dismantling schedules per supplier contracts. Manage and maintain Roles & Responsibility matrices during stadium setup and dismantling. Project manage the Technical Information flow for assigned Stadium; populate reports and dashboards on stadium activities. Identify temporary infrastructure issues and liaise with INF & TCS Central Teams, FIFA Venue Operations Director, FAs and Stakeholders during delivery. Validate, adjust, and finalize solutions based on site conditions. Coordinate with the Overlay delivery partner and other INF & TCS suppliers on-site to ensure scope delivery, timely handover of Overlay spaces with quality, and manage removal/reinstatement phases. Oversee Overlay contractors’ deliverables and act as escalation point for issue resolution with INF & TCS Central Teams. Report progress to INF & TCS Central Teams and Venue Operations Directors, including progress, issues, and resolution status. Your Profile

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, or related domains Strong understanding of the technical complexity of a stadium with additional FIFA World Cup requirements Work Experience

Experience in planning and delivering infrastructure and/or providing Technical Services for large-scale sporting events Experience in leading teams with diverse backgrounds Experience in Site Coordination/Production Management for promoter/touring events, large-scale sports events, concerts, tours, or festivals Languages

Fluent in English (USA/CAN/MEX); Spanish (MEX); French (CAN) Technology
