Senior Software Engineers serve as leaders within the team, guiding best practices and fostering growth among peers. Responsibilities include introducing new coding standards, driving technical excellence, and mentoring other engineers to enhance their skills and contributions. How You’ll Make a Difference Deliver organized, reliable, high-performance, and thoroughly tested code within established timelines, ensuring alignment with team and company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards across the engineering team. Continuously explore and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize development processes and product performance. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team. Take on additional duties as assigned to support the department's efficiency and contribute to making Thistle a great place to work. Seniority level
