Role focus: As a General Manager, you could lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft and guide the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. You will contribute to local store marketing and help reach sales and profit goals to ensure the restaurant delivers top meats.
Responsibilities
Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft and be the primary driver of performance, engagement, and training for the management team and team members.
Support local store marketing efforts and help achieve sales and profit goals to deliver top quality offerings.
Qualifications
Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
