Overview
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. This role is part of EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) focused on helping clients improve performance and productivity. The opportunity involves innovating with SAP to co-create solutions across EY’s integrated services, from strategy to execution.
Your Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Actively participate in client sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA capabilities in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting.
Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, including staff development and practice management.
Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support end-to-end OTC processes; provide design proposals with cross-module awareness (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance).
Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; assimilate new knowledge quickly.
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, applying leading-practice OTC knowledge to client needs.
Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively is crucial for delivering exceptional client service. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation, and manage the functional design of solutions. Strong understanding of master data and hierarchies in the OTC process, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive delivery are essential. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams.
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions.
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40–60%.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Prior consulting industry experience.
SAP Certification(s).
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
