The Marketing Specialist will support the Urology business unit by managing marketing processes, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting in the execution of key initiatives across campaigns, events, and sales enablement. This role works closely with marketing leadership, sales, and cross-functional partners to drive operational excellence and support Veracyte’s growth in the urology market. This is a hybrid position based in our San Diego, CA location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral & Brand

- Manage the review, approval, digital storage, and distribution of all marketing materials; support updates to ensure alignment with brand guidelines (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required). Content Coordination & Management

- Partner with marketing leadership to coordinate content across teams, ensure timely updates, and maintain consistency of collateral used internally and externally (experience strongly preferred). Marketing Operations

- Support budget tracking and forecasting in collaboration with marketing leadership; process inbound leads from the marketing automation platform and ensure proper routing. Vendor & Contract Management

- Manage agreements with third-party vendors and partners, overseeing the internal approval process for contracts; generate purchase orders as needed for sponsorships, educational content, events, and other marketing activities. Conference & Event Support

- Assist with scheduling and logistics for conferences and tradeshows, including prospectus completion, purchase orders, material coordination, hotel blocking, and communication with attendees. Sales & Marketing Support

- Provide support for requests from the sales and marketing teams as needed, ensuring timely coordination and delivery of resources. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree required 5 years of marketing experience strongly preferred, preferably in biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience in content coordination and collateral management Experience with content management systems is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset Adaptability, attention to detail, and drive to make an impact #LI-Hybrid The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Veracyte is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Pay range $98,000 — $112,000 USD What We Can Offer You
