My client is a next-generation data centre business powering the future with 100% renewable energy. They design, build, own and operate high-performance compute facilities, enabling the most demanding AI and cloud workloads — all with sustainability at the core. Responsibilities

Lead social media presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and other platforms Build and nurture a developer and technical community through engagement initiatives (AMAs, office hours, spotlights) Create engaging, technically clear content tailored to AI, cloud, and infrastructure audiences Maintain a consistent brand voice and translate technical updates into accessible, relevant content Track analytics, sentiment and engagement to inform strategy and provide feedback to internal teams What They’re Looking For

5–10 years’ experience in community, developer marketing, or social media roles (cloud, AI, or infrastructure preferred) Proven ability to grow and engage technical/developer audiences Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics Familiarity with platforms like X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and analytics tools Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
