About the Role: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and data-driven Senior eCommerce Manager to lead the direct-to-consumer experience and accelerate growth across FreshCutPaper.com. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for website management, conversion rate optimization, owned-channel marketing (email, SMS, loyalty), and performance marketing in partnership with our agency team. You’ll play a key role in improving conversion, enhancing the digital customer journey, and driving revenue through data-backed testing and smart design. Own FreshCutPaper.com : Lead day-to-day operations of our Shopify site, including product setup, merchandising, onsite promotions, and content updates. Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure digital platforms align with privacy regulations, security standards, and industry best practices. Technology & Platform Oversight : Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and enhance website infrastructure, custom applications and third-party integrations. Drive Digital Growth : Lead programs to optimize key performance metrics including CVR, AOV, UPT, and CAC:LTV, to meet revenue and profitability goals while delivering a seamless customer experience. Analyze & Act : Monitor site and business performance daily, weekly, and monthly to identify trends, spot friction, and make real-time optimizations that drive results. Conversion Rate Optimization : Use tools like GA4, Triple Whale, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to understand customer behavior, pinpoint drop-off points, and improve the conversion funnel. Performance Marketing Oversight : Partner with external agencies to develop and manage paid media strategy, execution, and reporting across platforms. Own Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing : Develop campaigns and automations via Klaviyo that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Subscription & Loyalty Programs : Lead strategy and execution of subscription and loyalty initiatives to increase customer lifetime value. eComm Testing & Experimentation : Build and manage FreshCut Paper’s test & learn program, developing hypotheses, executing A/B tests via platforms like Optimizely, analyzing results, and communicating insights through clear reporting and data visualizations. Strategic Reporting : Create analytics frameworks that give the team visibility into digital performance and inform marketing, merchandising, and CX decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to shape and execute the promotional calendar and product launches. Lead & Manage : Mentor an eCommerce Coordinator and guide agency partners to deliver on timelines, budgets, and performance goals. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally at a DTC brand or fast-paced consumer company Proven track record of owning and optimizing eCommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, UPT, CAC:LTV) to drive revenue growth Deep expertise with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale, and eComm best practices A data-first thinker who knows how to interpret insights and translate them into action Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment Highly collaborative, with excellent project management and communication skills Passionate about building great customer experiences and growing a mission-led brand Why Join Us?
