Lead campaign planning and submit briefs for all digital marketing campaigns. Define and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals, including SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. Collaborate with external agencies as the main point of contact; ensure tracking of performance, set clear expectations, provide feedback, and drive continuous optimization. Manage digital marketing budgets, forecast spend, track and input invoices, and ensure budgets are adhered to and consolidated monthly. Analyze campaign performance and optimize digital channels to drive YoY growth. Own the digital marketing calendar aligned with overall marketing initiatives and business objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with key products and priorities. Focus on the strategic integration of AI-powered tools to optimize marketing performance, improve targeting, automate workflows, and enhance customer engagement. Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Work independently and with the broader Marketing team to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and evolving priorities. Traffic and approve all ads before live; meet campaign deadlines and provide ongoing recaps to key stakeholders. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including retail media networks, emerging platforms, automation tools, and consumer behaviors. Understand the interplay between owned and paid channels. 4-year degree with Marketing focus highly desired or equivalent experience Generally, 6+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience for an ecommerce business or agency Proven experience managing external agencies or vendor partners Technical proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools & Analytics) Strong data-driven decision-making, with experience in testing, segmentation, and performance analysis Excellent at conveying strategy and results, managing agency relationships, and cross-functional teamwork Solid understanding of paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels Web analytics and reporting: ability to read and create reports Familiarity with web analytics terminology; Adobe Analytics preferred Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
