As we expand across clinical settings, quality assurance is mission-critical. We seek a seasoned Quality Engineer to oversee product reliability across mobile, web, EMR, and API platforms. You will implement lightweight, high-impact testing systems and feedback loops to enable faster, safer shipping without compromising clinical workflow safety. What You’ll Do
Own and scale quality processes across the entire product stack — mobile, desktop, browser extensions, EMR integrations, and APIs. Drive test coverage by coordinating offshore QA efforts and developing automation for regression suites (using tools like Appium, XCTest, Playwright). Integrate quality checks into our CI pipeline to ensure pre-release testing completes in under 15 minutes, giving engineers confidence to deploy. Reduce defect rates through clear triage, root-cause analysis, and proactive bug detection tooling. Monitor quality metrics such as coverage, flakiness, defect density, and resolution time, sharing insights via dashboards. Prototype improvements to tooling and processes to continually enhance reliability and speed. Who You Are
7+ years in QA or software engineering, experienced in debugging full stacks (Swift, TypeScript, Node, Postgres, cloud infrastructure). Automation-focused: proficient with Appium, XCTest, Playwright, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). Innovative builder: comfortable in ambiguity, passionate about establishing new processes, automation, and impactful tooling. Effective communicator: able to write clear test plans and defect reports understandable by engineers and clinicians. Proactive collaborator: runs bug bashes, supports launch readiness, and advocates for long-term solutions. System thinker: skilled at tracing issues across codebases and workflows to identify root causes. Nice to Have: experience scaling QA in high-growth environments, familiarity with healthcare workflows, AI testing tools, or fluency in relevant tech stacks like TypeScript or Swift. Pay Transparency
