Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations at the Moorpark, CA production facility, ensuring quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets are met or exceeded. Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives working closely with engineering, program management, and customers to ensure successful transfer through to volume production. Demonstrate the ability to rapidly scale a high-mix, low-volume operation and drive operational performance through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and workforce engagement. Maintain strong customer focus, particularly with major Defense and Aerospace clients. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to site leadership teams, developing future operational talent across both facilities. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to support aggressive growth plans while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Maintain strong customer focus, particularly with major Defense and Aerospace clients. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and mentorship to site leadership teams, developing future operational talent across both facilities. Key Products & Capabilities

Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally within Defense, Aerospace, or a precision optics/manufacturing environment. Strong track record of managing multi-site operations or complex cross-functional teams. Expertise in lean manufacturing, NPI processes, and operational scaling. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred. Notes
