Vice President of Operations
to lead the operational excellence, growth, and profitability of our multi-unit portfolio. This is a high-impact executive role requiring strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and proven expertise in scaling multi-concept hospitality operations. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
– Partner with ownership and executive leadership to set long-term operational strategy, growth goals, and brand standards. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, openings, and market expansions. Drive continuous improvement across concepts to ensure guest experiences align with brand pillars. Operational Oversight
– Directly oversee Regional Directors, General Managers, and Operations support teams across all concepts. Ensure consistency and excellence in execution of service, culinary, and beverage programs across locations. Establish and monitor KPIs for financial performance, labor, food & beverage costs, guest satisfaction, and compliance. Financial & Business Management
– Partner with Finance and Accounting teams on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability. Ensure cost controls, labor efficiency, and vendor partnerships are optimized. Monitor capital projects, renovations, and major equipment investments. Develop and mentor a high-performing management team. Build systems for talent development, succession planning, and leadership training. Champion a positive, accountable, and inclusive company culture. Compliance & Risk Management
– Oversee all health, safety, labor, and liquor compliance across jurisdictions. Implement policies and procedures that ensure operational consistency and risk mitigation. Qualifications
10+ years of senior-level operations leadership in multi-unit, multi-concept hospitality (restaurant + nightlife strongly preferred). Proven track record of driving financial results, scaling operations, and leading teams of 500+ employees across multiple properties. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to read and act on P&L reports and operating budgets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Deep knowledge of Colorado hospitality markets (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA a plus. Base Salary:
$140,000+ annually (commensurate with experience). Bonus Potential:
